Discovery works with a combination of interviews, focus groups, surveys and existing data analysis which is entirely focused to your questions and needs. Using deep listening and good questions, I’ll uncover key insights, formulate themes and play them back to you and your leadership teams, making recommendations about priorities along the way.

Learning design and facilitating can be part of Consulting or stand alone. I have many years of experience in designing and delivering engaging learning sessions – both online and in person. I’m a skilled facilitator and pride myself on creating psychologically safe learning environments.
- Whilst at NatWest designing, managing and promoting an award winning global Bank-wide month long learning festival, sourcing internal and external learning as well as designing and deliverying a number of sessions myself
